Getting Connected through Movement
Tap into joy and lightness of being.
Dancing gets your life force going,
...and it can help you cut through negativity, laziness and all kinds of other patterns.
Today we want to discuss connecting to your life force, energy, and spiritual energy through movement...more specifically using dance.
Dance is an ancient spiritual practice. There's a reason that over the centuries, seekers have used dance for movement, opening and connection.
A practice you can do throughout your day is to put on a song and let yourself move, dance, and get more connected.
If you are feeling a lot of energy in your body, it can help to scream into your towel to allow that energy to move.
As you dance and as you move your body, let your desire increase and go deeper, and allow yourself to connect with Spirit in whatever way that is for you.
If you are feeling anger, frustration, sadness, fear – whatever emotions you are feeling – allow them to release, and let them go through your movement, through your dance. Don’t try and figure anything out.
Trust the way you connect with Spirit.
Trust the different ways you want to move your body.
