Spiritual Life Style Program - List of Modules
1. Organizational System
In this module you will access tools and practices to enhance or upgrade the organization systems you have in place in your life, and you will begin to implement new ways of organizing your life for maximum efficiency. This system is designed for conscious living so all aspects of your life flow with less stress and more peace of mind.
2. Organizing Your Environment
One aspect of the Spiritual Lifestyle Program is about setting up your life to live with more precision consciousness and self-awareness.
This module offers tools and support for organizing, updating, and beautifying your environment. As you focus on one area of your home, car, or office, this process and the changes you make will support you in staying more connected, calm and centered.
3. Conscious Lifestyle for Transformation Part 1
This module focuses on developing a disciplined lifestyle for spiritual transformation. This will be an introduction to the basic components that set the foundation for a spiritual lifestyle, concentrating on the morning and evening programs.
4. Managing Time
This module focuses on the area of managing time. We say “managing time” to reflect an internal shift that can change our very relationship with time. This shift allows for more clarity about patterns such as overwhelm, boredom, procrastination, excitement, and dealing with the unexpected.
Managing time supports us to develop habits to get the most out of the 24 hours a day that we are all given to work with.
5. Conscious Lifestyle for Transformation Part 2
This module focuses on continuing to develop a conscious lifestyle for spiritual transformation. We will be discussing and practicing other foundational components such as a rest day, meditation and care for self.
6. Meditation Practice
This module focuses on going further with your meditation practice. We will discuss the four parts of the Heart of the Matter meditation practice, and you will have the opportunity to discover and connect with your desire.
7. Complete Communication with Awareness
The purpose of Complete Communication with Awareness is to show love, care, and respect for others and yourself. During this module, you will explore in depth and practice all aspects of communicating in this way.
8. Purse, Business Bag, Shoulder Bag
Your bag is a microcosm of your life. Conscious living means that you bring your true qualities to every aspect of your life. It starts with our material possessions. Everything that you are learning this month you will be able to apply to other areas of your life as well.
9. The Space You Live In
This module focuses on the space you live in. Part of this focus is on bringing beauty and devotion into your environment. Setting up your environment in this way is very supportive for living in a calm and connected state within.
10. Health and Wellness
In this module we will explore the areas of wellbeing and care for your body. This month we will focus on subjects like nutrition, exercise, relaxation, sleep, giving, and our social connection.
11. Money, Budget and Finances
This module will support you to gain freedom and clarity in the area of money and finances. You will have the opportunity to examine how money can support your purpose in life and find freedom around worry and fear about money and finances.
12. Change
In this module we will explore how change can allow for forward movement in life and transformation, and how you can use the changes to come into an increased capacity of who you are.
